Silks Restaurant is our main dining room within the hotel. Breakfast is served here daily, 7am-11am.
Friday & Saturday evenings see our seasonal set menu being served. We aim to use the best of Co Tipperary’s produce with an emphasis on excellent ingredients beautifully cooked by our kitchen headed up by James Egan & John Dunne.
Local food hero’s such as Cashel Blue Cheese, Inch House Black Pudding & Silverhill Duck regularly appear on our menus.
Evening Meals are served Friday & Saturday evenings 6pm-9pm.
Sunday’s see our famous set Sunday Lunch Menu served 12.30pm-2.30pm
