The pastry kitchen is run by Jacqueline Lanigan Ryan and her team of pastry chefs. Each day the coffee bar counter is filled with a huge selection of delectable cakes, pastries & breads which are baked in our in-house bakery on a daily basis.
Favourites include Raspberry & Custard Tarts, Lemon Curd Cake, Belgian Chocolate Biscuit Cake and of course our award winning scones with local Crossogue raspberry jam.
The coffee bar has built up a huge reputation from people who know good cake when they eat it!
These can be enjoyed with Java Republic Fairtrade tea or coffee or fresh juices from The Apple Farm in Cahir on one of our many comfy sofas. All products are also available to take-away.
