Our newly refurbished Silks Restaurant is open every weekend, offering a relaxed dining experience showcasing the very best of local produce. Advance booking is highly recommended, particularly during busy periods, to avoid disappointment.
Do you use locally sourced ingredients?
Yes, wherever possible we proudly use locally sourced ingredients from Tipperary producers and suppliers. Our chefs are passionate about showcasing the quality and flavour of the exceptional produce available right here on our doorstep.
Do you have outdoor dining options?
Yes, guests can enjoy outdoor dining in our Courtyard Café, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy food, coffee or drinks. We also offer outdoor seating at the front of the hotel beside our popular Horse Box Coffee Dock, perfect for soaking up the atmosphere while enjoying a coffee or light bite.

For more relaxed dining, visit The Enclosure Bar, where you'll find daily specials, sandwiches and a range of delicious dishes served throughout the day. Our Coffee Dock also offers freshly brewed coffee, sweet treats and light bites, which can be enjoyed in our newly refurbished lounge area featuring large comfortable couches and cosy fireplaces.

Do I need to book a table in advance?
The Enclousre bar is walk ins only. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance for Silks Restaurant, particularly at weekends and during holiday periods.
