The Egan family has had a local knowledge of the best sources in Tipperary and continue to hold strong relationships with these Tipperary Food Producers. Some of them have gone on to global success which enriches our values and pride in the choice we have here in county Tipperary.

Based in the heart of the Golden Vale in Tipperary, Crowe’s Farm produces a range of Outdoor Reared pigs and Organic poultry. They use traditional farming methods which is sympathetic to the pigs welfare given the Irish climate. This ensures both quality and a unique and diverse range of breeds to stock on our shelves. Inch House Pudding is keeping family traditions alive and that is what it’s all about. Mary, Nora, and Mairin are very passionate women and when it come to food they are true to form. Magners Farm is located near Moyglass village in Fethard County Tipperary – the heart of the “Golden Vale” Ireland. Since the 1700s over seven generations of the O’Donnell family have lived on Seskin Farm, Co. Tipperary and have mastered the art of cultivating the perfect potato. Today we bring our hard won expertise as well as the name, to realise the finest of hand cooked crisps. The Apple Farm is located between Cahir and Clonmel in Co. Tipperary. Apples have been grown in this area for hundreds of years, and since 1968 the Traas family have been planting more orchards to increase the supply. In Ireland, in 1973, tradition had it that ‘girls were girls’. Thankfully, in the O’Dwyer household, Martin and Marion believed in creating their own family traditions. This meant bringing fun, chaos and bravery into their business and their home. To them, their girls were Master Butchers in training. Una O’Dwyer is one of Ireland’s few female craft butchers.
