When joining the Horse & Jockey Leisure Club you are assessed by one of our fully qualified instructors who will find out what your goals are and set out a programme for you to reach your goal. Whether this is to loose a little weight, to run a marathon or simply to feel a little healthier they will devise a programme that will suit your needs perfectly.

Classes are also included in the price of the membership and are under the expert guidance of our instructors. The wide range of classes means that there is something suited to everyone & there are new ones added all the time so keep on eye on the timetable below.

The gym is equipped with the highly regarding techno-gym equipment – each with their own integrated TV’s. A list of gym equipment can be downloaded below.

The Leisure Club is also home to the award winning 21 metre swimming pool, childrens paddling pool, hydro-therapy areas, jacuzzi & sauna.
