3 Month Membership

The Leisure Centre @ the Horse & Jockey Hotel have devised a great way to help you reach your goals.

They are introducing a new 3 month membership which will be a targeted three month programme to help you to achieve your goals and targets. Whether this is getting the beach body you’ve always been looking for, getting fit after having a baby or training for a marathon the team at the Horse & Jockey will devise a plan especially you.

This will include having a dedicated, fully qualified instructor constantly monitoring your progress over the three months, motivating & guiding you along the way, with weekly reviews to ensure that all is on track. They will also devise a dietary plan for you to follow over the three months to ensure that at the end your goal will be achieved and you will be a fitter, healthier more energetic form of yourself.

3 month membership with dedicated instructor & specialised programmes will be 190 Euro.

Membership also includes use of the great pool & hydrology areas.
